As you prepare for your first appointment at Skagit Valley Medical Center at Stanwood Camano, please keep the following instructions in mind:
Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Bring your insurance cards and/or coupons.
Please be prepared to pay a copayment if required by your insurance plan. If you do not have insurance, a $121 payment will be required to establish an account.
If your insurance is a managed care plan, be sure you have a referral if you are seeing one of our specialists.
It is generally helpful to bring any relevant medical reports, x-rays, and medications (or a list of your current medications) to your appointment.
