We are currently recruiting for:

Administrative Assistant - Full time- Mon-Fri with occasional need for extended hours. Excellent oral and written communication, type 65 WPM accurately. Proficient in variety of software programs including, but not limited to, Word and Excel; Excellent project and time management, ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment; Strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.

HIM Clerk - Full time. MUST be able to work following Friday-Tuesday schedule. Mon, Tues & Fri 8am-5pm and Sat & Sun 9am-5pm.  Locate and deliver files to medical wings, answer and respond to phone requests, prepare, organize, prioritize and analyze medical charts. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, walk short distances and reach files at floor level up to 7’ above floor.
Wage range: $10.86-$11.79 depending on qualifications and experience.

Practice Assistant (MA or LPN) for Gastroenterology- Full time 8-5 Mon-Fri in our Gastroenterology department. Assist/perform procedures common to an Internal Medicine practice. Administers medications. Performs telephone triage. Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency A MUST. Customer service oriented person, team player.
Wage range: $12.94 - 14.88.

Medical Receptionist - Full time Mon-Fri, at Stanwood location.  Medical office experience preferred.  Must have ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a busy office.  Strong organizational skills a must.  Bilingual in Spanish a plus.  Wage range: $12.20 - $14.04 per hour.

Practice Efficiency Consultant - Full time Mon-Fri 8-5.  Evaluates issues that impede practice efficiencies.  Design and implement corrective action plans that effectively result in improved productivity and profitability.  Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business administration or a clinical discipline.  Minimum of 5 years experience in the healthcare industry. 
Wage range: $31.00 - $33.64 per hour.  Exempt position.

Echocardiographer – Full time Mon-Fri, generally 8-5 and rotating Saturdays.  Performs cardiac ultrasounds on adult inpatient and outpatient population.   Must be able to perform Adult Echo, TEE, Stress Echo and Pharmacological Stress Echo.  Must have graduated from an accredited diagnostic ultrasound program with an AA or BA degree. 

Medical Assistant - Family Practice at our Arlington location. Full time Mon-Fri some Saturday rotations.  Must be detailed oriented, flexible, highly motivated, strong computer skills required and ability to work in a team environment.

Medical Assistant – Full time Mon-Thurs with an occasional Friday for Internal Medicine at our Sedro Woolley location. Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency required. Multi-tasking and flexibility in a fast paced environment a must. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Medical Assistant Float -Full time Mon-Fri to work in our Family Medicine department. Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency required. Multi-tasking and flexibility in a fast paced environment a must. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Medical Assistant - Part time, 8-5. Approximately 36 hrs a week in our Podiatry department. Assist/perform procedures common to a Podiatry practice. Administers medications. Performs telephone triage. Strong organizational skills and technical proficiency A MUST.

Medical Assistants are to be A, C and E certified.  Recent graduates of a recognized MA program are encouraged to apply.  Medical Assistant salary ranges are $12.94 - $14.88 per hour depending on experience and certification.
